The Platform and its associated Operator(s) may require you to complete identity verification at any time. This typically involves submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement showing your city — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere), and in some cases a liveness check or selfie. You must never submit falsified, altered or fraudulent documents. Documents must be submitted only through the Operator's secure HTTPS-verified verification portal.
p99com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, multi-accounting, money laundering, match-fixing or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
By using the Platform you agree to the following general terms of use, which supplement the specific provisions set out elsewhere in these Terms:
